I have worked with the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) as a workplace learning specialist since 2014. I have assisted enterprises in both the retail and F&B industries with the design and implementation of various workplace learning methods. Alongside my other duties I have also coached new workplace learning specialist in their certification journey, and am a member of the IAL research team, where we evaluate the effectiveness of the Learning@Work Boot Camp.

In the past I worked as a Learning Consultant at SkillSoft, helping multiple global companies to design and roll out successful learning solutions. I then joined LG Electronics as the Asia L&D Manager for a newly established regional HR team and was in charge of setting up regional L&D methods, structures and processes. I was also a regional culture manager, driving regional change activities and supporting country level initiatives. In my spare time I was a global master trainer, involved in developing and facilitating various soft skills programmes such as leadership, coaching and cross cultural communication.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Art in English Literature and Language; Diploma in Information Technology; Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA); and Master of Arts in Lifelong Learning.

Love of learning is my passion as well as my biggest strength. I hope to continuously grow mentally, intellectually and spiritually, and to help others grow too. I have an eye for detail and communicate well with all types of people.
