Working with IAL as a Workplace Learning Specialist has been an eye opening experience for me. I was given the opportunity to work with SMEs to diagnose root causes and implement workplace learning initiatives to improve work performance. I was also able to apply my past work experience and knowledge to co-create workplace learning solutions. I look forward to more opportunities to work with SMEs to help resolve work issues.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration (NUS); Graduate Diploma in Marketing (SIM); Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA); and Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE).

I enjoy learning and I welcome challenges that allow me to grow mentally, emotionally and professionally. It gives me great satisfaction when a project achieves its desired outcomes and the respective stakeholders are pleased with the results. My strengths include being curious, approachable, open-minded and meticulous as well as having a business mindset. The key question I often ask is "What would I do if this were my own business?"
