Having experienced the impact of well-executed workplace learning programmes on work effectiveness, I am a strong believer of workplace learning and would like to share these successes with you.

I have more than 12 years of corporate experience and 6 years of experience as an adult educator. In my roles, I have had experience with people management, communication, sales, marketing and human resource development. I have developed curriculum and courses and have conducted training both in classrooms and in the workplace. 
 
My qualifications include Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and Certificate of Workplace Learning Specialist (CWLS).
 
I believe my greatest assets are my ability to listen, understand and learn; and come up with simple and effective approaches to address your concerns. I am self-motivated and work well both independently and in teams.
